Donna Luisa is a noble Sicilian woman, who despite being graduated in different disciplines, devoted her strongest passion and dedication to cooking, in particular to Sicilian cuisine, due to her deep and strong family’s roots reflected and grown with the of this beautiful and misterious island. Donna Luisa’s passion for food, led her to study also Italian recipies from different regions, in particular for Roman recipies which she reproduced in the old and traditional way, by adding her special and unforgettable touch.
